How does it work?

The coach works confidentially with employees in alignment with the goals and desired outcomes of the employer. Discussions are private, much like an ethics hotline, providing a safe space for employees to express themselves freely. To further ensure confidentiality, the coach operates under a Non-Disclosure Agreement and conducts sessions in a manner that prohibits the sharing of identifiable data or specific situational details related to the business, its performance, or its personnel within the coaching process.

Leveraging expertise in active listening, NLP, executive functioning, conflict resolution, and more, the coach identifies root causes impacting interpersonal dynamics and the employee’s relationship with their role or the organization.

By exploring and coaching the mindset, the coach brings the entire dynamic into context—honoring both the individual and the company’s objectives. Through this process, the coach helps guide the employee back into alignment with the organization’s vision while preserving their authenticity and sense of value.

After working with the employee, the coach collaborates with the employee to provide professionally framed feedback to leadership. This feedback respects the employee’s confidentiality and avoids creating bias. Instead, it offers productive insights into the triggers or dynamics that may be complicating the performance, the role, and the employer-employee relationship, along with actionable recommendations for resolution.
